What is it you do in Charlotte, and why?
I am a real estate developer with Wilfong Properties and the Ghazi Company. Charlotte is my hometown and has a great growth market. I have the opportunity to develop a special project that Charlotte was missing. The EpiCentre is the first mixed use entertainment venue and will provide so much to Charlotte’s Uptown.
What makes you sexy, or, what does sexy mean to you?
Sexy is a state of mind more than anything else. It’s something you find within, then externalize. I also think it’s one of the first things people let go of as they get older and into relationships, and it should still be something you focus on.
What makes Charlotte a sexy city?
Charlotte is sexy because we have a good-looking group of people who like to have a good time. It’s a great city with lots of opportunity and people exude that energy. I grew up here and wouldn’t want to live anywhere else!

Life, opportunity, raising my child.

Funny, but I don’t know if I can get away with that. Caring, sensible, fun, loyal.
How is being one of Charlotte’s sexiest people going to change your life?
I don’t know if it’ll change my world, quite frankly I don’t know how I ended up here. I definitely hope it raises a lot of money for Make-a-Wish, because it’s a great cause!
