Shoes in Center City Charlotte
Every spring and fall we go to Dan at Step on East Boulevard to talk about what’s rocking his world.
SJ: Blondie again.
DM: Yes, Blondie?

SJ: Spring has sprung. What should I be wearing on my hot, sweaty feet this summer? Flip-flops (hopefully)?
DM: Umm, no. You would look fabulous in the Cordani shoes we’ve been carrying. They’re comfortable, stylish and have a substantial heel, so you won’t be aerating the soccer field.

Beads in Center City Charlotte
Every summer it’s the same. There are tons of darling fashions out there, but it’s too damn hot to wear anything heavier than a Band-Aid on your bod. What’s a gal (or goofy guy) to do when faced with an evening out on the smokin’ asphalt jungle of Uptown CLT? Accessories, honey. Short on time, money or know-how? This is Charlotte, though, so that statement doesn’t really apply. If the changes hadn’t been so gradual, Uptown would certainly seem drastically different to me. It definitely does to friends and family who visit us just once or twice a year. We have to spend the first day or two just touring and talking about what is new, what’s been started, and what is on the way.

Uptown Magazine: Letter from the Editor: Uptown Charlotte Todd Trimakas
Gorgeous blond hair, pretty light spring dresses in the city and a bikini on the beach at Pawley’s Island. Walking hand in hand at Art and Soul of South End, watching the Olympic kayakers take on the competition channel at the Whitewater Center and taking her out on the boat on Lake Norman. Going to the swim club that’s not too far from our new old house and doing flips with her off the diving board (when Mom’s not watching).
